Ingredients (12 cupcakes)

Cupcakes

  • 280 g (9,8 oz) Flour
  • 4 tsp Bakingpowder
  • A pinch of Salt
  • 5 tsp Vanillasugar
  • 100 g (3,5 oz) Butter
  • 160 g (5,6 oz) Sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 300 g (10,5 ozBlackberries

Buttercream frosting

  • 250 g (8,8 oz) Butter
  • 4 tbsp Heavy cream
  • 2 tsp Vanilla sugar
  • 3 dl (1,2 cups) Confectioners sugar
  • 12 Fresh blackberries

 

 

Bake the cupcakes in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for 25 min.
