Ingredients (12 cupcakes)
Cupcakes
- 280 g (9,8 oz) Flour
- 4 tsp Bakingpowder
- A pinch of Salt
- 5 tsp Vanillasugar
- 100 g (3,5 oz) Butter
- 160 g (5,6 oz) Sugar
- 4 eggs
- 300 g (10,5 oz) Blackberries
Buttercream frosting
- 250 g (8,8 oz) Butter
- 4 tbsp Heavy cream
- 2 tsp Vanilla sugar
- 3 dl (1,2 cups) Confectioners sugar
- 12 Fresh blackberries
Bake the cupcakes in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for 25 min.
